Fairy Mail is sent with love from Victoria, Australia and we aim to make every delivery feel magical!

📮 When do we ship?
Our fairy letters are sent out once a month, around the 15th. Orders placed after the 15th will receive their first letter in the following month’s send-out.

🌏 Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Australia and selected international locations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us.

📦 How is it shipped?
Fairy Mail is sent via Australia Post using standard untracked letter mail to keep costs low and accessible for families. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

⏰ Estimated delivery times:

Within Australia: 2–10 business days after shipping

International: 1–3 weeks, depending on location

Please note: once posted, delivery times are out of our fairy hands. Delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather, or postal service disruptions.
