We want you to love your Fairy Mail experience! If you’re not happy after receiving your first month, simply get in touch and we’ll refund your purchase—no questions asked.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your first letter. We’re here to help and make things right.

  • Refunds are available once per household/address
  • Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser
